Obama said in his campaign that he wanted a civilian military as strong and well funded as the real military. A civilian military is not responsible to anyone but him. This is a tactic designed to negate the strength of the citizens and the 2nd amendment as well as the military. Socialists know that their ideas are not wanted by free people so they rename them as something else to hide the real nature of what they are doing.

Enter Occupy Wall Street, phase I. This movement is totally funded by the left, SEIU, Soros and many others. The left sees the TEA parties as a rising army, racists, terrorists and radicals clinging to their guns and religion. Occupy is not a grass root movement, it is orchestrated in the White House and is the anti-TEA party and Obama's civilian army.

This is only phase 1, designed to see problems early. If you look back 4 years Obama was working hard for a radical muslim to become the president of Kenya. The polls looked bad and several memos showed up that showed the senator telling his friend if you lose, bring all your supporters and riot in the streets. Scream that the elections were stolen and don't back down. The event worked and the election was conceded to Obama's loser. All of this has disappeared from the internet.

This is what Occupy Wall Street is and is yet another reason Obama belongs in a Mexican jail for Fast and Furious.

Sharing the Middle Leg

John Kemper's opponent, claims to be independent of his former boss, Governor Beshear. Adam was his Chief of Staff until he resigned to run for Auditor. He claims to be independent of his former boss yet their signs share the middle leg. These signs are all over Kentucky and clearly one team installed them together.

KRS 43.050 calls for "... an auditor who is entirely independent of the state administration he is called upon to audit..." The word "independent" appears 3 times in the first paragraph. Clearly the intent of the law was not for the governor's Chief of Staff to be the Auditor of the governor.

The fox can't be allowed to guard the hen house any longer. Kentucky is broke and our government is the reason!

The Auditor of Public Accounts was written into our first constitution in 1792 because our founders knew that government would become corrupt... they were right!

40 years in a row, one party has audited Kentucky. That has to end now! Please help John Kemper end this government take over of We the People!

Barack Obama has led America in the wrong direction and America knows it. We will not re-elect him. The question is, how can we minimize the damage he and other progressive socialists before him have done to our constitution.

The answer is education. The duped have to be unduped one at a time. It is up to us. Many organizations are formed around this, 912 in particular, thank you Eric Wilson and many others. If every person of like beliefs will pick 10 people and slowly educate them, we can reverse this. It is up to us.

The Negotiations Are Over Mr. Obama

Dear Mr. Obama,
America is trying to climb out of debt and your leadership is required in this matter. We are up against the debt ceiling soon and nothing short of more taxes is worthy of your consideration. This is unacceptable to the American people, they want spending reduced now and so do we. All Americans are reducing spending and so should the government, it is time for you to lead.

We detailed a budget in April in the house and sent it to the senate with a large margin of votes. It was not debated there or an alternative produced. Your budget was debated there and was defeated 97 to 0. The constitution requires a budget every year and we have not had one for your entire presidency.

The negotiations are over Mr. president. Our budget is available to you and the senate. It passed here and can be signed into law quickly. If the debt ceiling is not raised, revenues are available to pay most bills of the country. Your spending spree is over, it is time to be responsible and live within your means. No more debt will be incurred on the backs of our children.

If the house was to publicize an action similar to this, the American people would cheer and the Emperors lack of clothes would be shown to all. Stand strong Boehner and others, we have to chop the head off of this monster now!

The Progressive Movement

The progressives have moved further and further into American government. Woodrow Wilson started it, Franklin Roosevelt amplified it and Lyndon Johnson cast another anchor. Now we have Barack Soetoro or whatever his name really is.

Before 1913, the federal government spent about 3% of GDP and wrote less than 100 pages of laws a year. Our constitution was written to protect this. "A republic, if you can keep it."

With Obama, Pelosi and Reid, we got Obamacare, takeover of GM and government control over most banking services. Many, many more of these can be named.

The last republican budget was 2006 and the deficit was 160 billion actual. Unemployment was 4.7% and gas was $1.87.

This year the federal government will spend over 25% of GPD and laws passed are in hundreds of thousands pages. Now we have 1.5 trillion deficit, unemployment 9.2%, haha and gas $3.79.

The progressive movement has to be stopped or America is dead. We were the bastion of freedom in the world, the shining city on a hill, the place for hope throughout humanity. To save America, we have to stand united and reduce government.

Please educate all those around you. The progressives have education also, so we have to start there.

This is classic Obama. Attack by means of community organizing! Stir up a crisis and then be the solution and when that doesn't work, it is because we need more of it. Maybe a union to run it.

If the private sector got to run airports instead of government, there would be no TSA and terrorists would actually not be allowed to get on planes. Government is the problem, not the solution and this is the perfect example.

Government is exactly why America is in debt, depression and is losing the lead in the world. Amazing, success disappears when government grows. I think that was exactly the objective of our constitution. We should follow it again.

As those of you that have been following know, every statist wish was rolled into this bill. No one read it because the democrats had both houses of congress and Obama.

Jan 1, 2012 the real estate sales tax kicks in. 3.8% of the sale of any real estate will be withdrawn at closing to pay the new tax.. With the market way down, this stops even more transactions. Capitalism and private property are the enemy of socialists and their intent is to destroy it!

First, the government bloats the market with buyers that can't afford the house, causing a bubble. Then they take a 3.8% of a sale off the top. This is how you paralyze another market. There is no explanation for this other than intentional. Obama has 1.4 years left and will try to executive order every bad policy that he can.

He doesn't care if he's a one term president, he just wants to do the most damage he can. Socialism is his goal and he won't run in 2012 because his birth certificate is forged. His damage is the worst since Woodrow Wilson. To socialists, he is a hero.

To freedom and liberty he is schmuck! Thank goodness for the TEA parties!

The Governor's race 2011 in Kentucky

The primary is over, David Williams won the GOP, Beshear had no opposition. The GOP vote was quite split with the winner getting less than 50% of the vote with 3 candidates. The TEA parties and the GOP fought hard in this race and the winning candidate got less votes than the Ag Comm and the Auditor. Houston, we have a problem.
What do we republicans do now? There is a unity rally tomorrow in Frankfort and soon after( too far apart driving to make both) TBK meets to minimize damage. Several TEA party organizations have already thrown their support to Gatewood and I posted a few weeks ago the same.
This is a problem!
If Beshear wins, we have 4 more years of the same, only slightly less with Williams. If our vote is split we lose. As most of you know, I don't support Williams or Farmer or Beshear.
Can we demand concessions?
Can we minimize the damage?
Do we want Gatewood governor?
We are stuck with it! Phil asked me earlier today to stop a write in campaign. As usual he is right, it is pointless and counterproductive.

Why Hemp Should Be Legalized

In 1936 Dupont and Chevron figured a way to make rope from oil, nylon. The movie, Reefer Madness was produced by them to tie Marijuana and Hemp together. It worked and Dupont got a huge rope order under FDR's progressive guidance and Dupont's and Chevron's lobbying. Hemp was interstate commerce, so could be federally banned and was in 1937. The stacked Supreme court of FDR affirmed.
Rope prices skyrocketed as Kentucky's primary crop was legislated out of business by the ruling class. Hemp is gone and under government guidance marijuana is now Kentucky's #1 cash crop. Thank you government, you are uninformed or stupid.
Another amazing thing - Because marijuana and hemp cross pollinate, hemp producers eradicate marijuana within a bee's flight range, about a mile. Cross pollinization ruins both crop's seeds. Government is the problem, not the solution.
It is time to chain the federal government down and get them out of Kentucky. Nullify the federal hemp law. Take a lead as a state, exercising the 10th amendment. We want less marijuana and hemp for all that buy it. By the way, 8 barrels of oil per acre, see why Chevron lobbied with Dupont!

John Kemper is the Fighter We Need for Auditor!

The Grant county Lincoln dinner was the most interesting yet! There was a wonderful surprise, Joe Miller! This true patriot spoke of TEA party values that the GOP needs to embrace to thrive. He wants to return to the constitution and God bless him. Thank you Joe! The candidates all got 5 minutes to speak, then Senator Damon Thayer keynoted.
This is what made it even more interesting. As a sitting senator, you are not supposed to favor in a primary. Wearing a Wuchner sticker and a Williams sticker, he called out Candidate Kemper (opposing Wuchner) by name about something that Kemper campaigns on, on-line government spending. Thayer said his senate bill 7 causes this and it is not an issue. Thayer's was trying to remove Kemper's issue, Kemper stood up for himself and walked down the isle and waited for a chance to reply. The encounter was classic!
This was overtly political by Thayer who couldn't answer Kemper. We need strong people like John Kemper to take this government back. He fought tonight and We The People won. David Williams was right next to Kemper while he was in the isle and tried repeatedly to get John to sit down, the Burkesville Bully!.
I made a decision tonight David Williams. If you are the nominee, I will vote for Gatewood. This has been discussed by many of us in the TEA party movement, I changed my mind tonight David.
Damon, look for a primary little man, you painted a bullseye on your own back tonight. You people in the republican party had better wake up. Beshear will beat Williams and we will be standing with our thumbs up our collective butts. John Kemper will be the Auditor.

Bobbie Holsclaw Ruined her Campaign Tonight.

At the WROCK Candidates Forum tonight she blew it. WROCK stands for Women Republicans of Central Kentucky. As a woman, Bobbie had a distinct advantage and threw it over the cliff and followed it.
I don't even remember the question, it doesn't matter. She dodged an answer with useless gibberish. When the questioner asked her to answer it, Bobbie, instead of giving an answer attacked the woman sternly. She completely lost her cool. Even if she didn't want to answer the question, she could have handled it in any other way.
The members of WROCK were all stunned and any support she had left as quickly as Bobbie and Ed did after it was over. This will go everywhere as there were a lot of people there that would have liked to hear an answer. This was childish and unworthy of a candidate for governor.
The only reason that this ticket stays in the race is to hurt another candidate. It is time to leave Bobbie. My apologies to Bill Vermillion who is an outstanding individual. I hope he will return to politics in another position. I will support him as will a lot of other people. But after tonight, I would vote for Gatewood before Bobbie.

Kentucky.com posted a story that Richie's wife filed for divorce. Multiple sources have told me about an incident in a bar when Richie had very unflattering words about David. There has been stories about Richie's affairs for a long time, many have details, the democrats are licking their chops. Williams/Farmer is falling apart.

Phil's internal polls have him up by 8% and as a person all over the state in this roll for another office, I see this plus a bunch even within the GOP. The people that organized for Rand are even more powerful and organized plus have another great candidate, Phil Moffett. I think even better. I wasn't part of that team but have joined now. It appears that Rand's 23% win over Trey is going to be repeated no matter how much money is spent.

David, you lead the senate, do the best thing for Kentucky, support Phil and stand by him for governor. You talk a lot about uniting. Walk the walk for our state please.

Boehner Cried Again Because He Lost

With a last minute deal stopping a government shutdown, 38.5 billion in cuts were agreed to by both houses of congress and the president. They bought a week but the deal doesn't make the cuts until the full bill is passed, whatever that means. The rules that the house voted in, in January, require that all legislation is posted for 48 hours before a vote. This agreement required a vote to become law. Not only did the 61 billion drop to 38.5, that is bad, but what is worse, they kept Planned Parenthood and NPR funding. Boehner should be crying because Reid said it was historic. It is time to primary John Boehner. 38.5 billion with the deficit 1,650 billion. This is pathetic.

Shut Down the Government!

Stand strong congress. If you wish reelection in 2012, you will not back down. 57% of the people want the government shut down if drastic cuts in spending are not made. I shout it, SHUT IT DOWN.

We are stuck with too much government, it is time to SHUT IT DOWN. Only fund that which is constitutional. That is what you are hired for, now do your job and SHUT IT DOWN. Stand strong and tell the people that you are for the constitution and aren't going to pay with our grandchildren's money anymore to buy Kobi beef for Obama and the Department of Propaganda and the 87 agencies that are not teaching anybody for 82 billion last year.

It's no wonder that the government has more employees than manufacturing. Regulate and tax the private sector out of business and then give their money to your voters. SHUT IT DOWN or we will run you out of office. We The People are full awake, and we are locked and loaded. This TEA partier will work hard to primary RINOs and defeat socialists.

Obamacare Repeal Great, GOP Unity Even Better

The vote to repeal Obamacare was big, the unity of the GOP bigger. They are going to be beaten, vetoed and filibustered hard for the next 23 months, I hope that the republicans realize the power of their adversaries and stand together through repeated defeats. Good News for 2011

This new congress is bound and determined to prove they are worthy of reelection in 2012. They will vote to repeal Obamacare but lose. They will vote to return to 2008 spending levels and lose again. They will try to force a balanced budget amendment by tying it to the March 4 budget that was due last October. There will be many more similar votes as this congress wants the TEA parties on their side and can't live without them. The house moves way right and does so in the open!
In the senate, watch Mike Lee, Jim DeMint, Pat Toomey, Rand Paul and others fight to join the house in these smaller government goals. 23 democrat senators are up in 2012 to 10 republicans. Several democrats will cross the isle to force filibusters and it will be too big to hide in the liberal media. Harry Reid will not change nor will Nancy Pelosi or Barack Oama. The GOP may actually have the majority January 5 in the senate in terms of votes.
FDR used the Veto 635 times as president, George W. Bush, 11. Obama has his pen out now that the progressives have lost congress. He will need it a lot, because conservatives have learned how to play politics. We have been building businesses, etc. and avoided politics. No longer, the progressive socialists are going to be put in the spotlight and that light will be trained on them until they are voted out.
This fight has gone on since the constitution was ratified and will not stop. Fortunately, We The People are now awake and we won't take it anymore. Good news for 2011. Please join a local group and get on this mission. Like minded conservatives have learned that teaching is what will return voters to the right and we are having a lot of fun at the goals set. The Unions Have to Go!

Unions were formed for good reason, exploitation of employees. They were a critical part of balancing power of the companies that hired the workers and the workers themselves. As more and more industries were formed, competition for those same workers increased and the need for unions decreased as did the unions. Today, about 7% of all private sector jobs are unionized.
Government by definition doesn't need unions but today 43% of government employees are union, plus teachers. This is an oxymoron. The unions bosses were no longer needed in the private sector and moved to the public sector. Since then, they have become the largest donators to political races, both in money and time. They control a lot of the vote and it is almost all the democrat party as are the donations. Nov. 2, 2010 saw this up close, Ca, Co, Nv, Wa and WV senate races were all taken by the votes and fraud of the unions. Many house races and at least the governor of Mn was taken by the unions.
Congress needs to pass a law that makes government unions illegal. Why does the government need a union? Why do government employees have higher pay and bigger unfunded pension plans? The Unions have to Go!

With the appointment of Hal Rogers and Fred Upton to important committee chairs, Speaker Boehner has made a terrible decision. Rogers is the "king of pork". America has 28,000 troops on the ground and a president that doesn't know how to lead. Timing couldn't be better.
The Ils may have it. China is providing them with weapons, technology, back door approval and cash. The Ils owns the media, production of all products, electricity and food... monarchy. The GNP is 1/40 of the South's, the people are totally dependant on the government. If you haven't seen the satellite night photo, find it, there are no lights in the North... monarchy.
The South is capatilist and successful. Obama doesn't like either unless it's him. He won't stand up against the monarchy as it is preferred to the free people... Alinsky, Marx and Hitler, Obama is in denial of history, so it repeats itself again at the 35th parallel.
Please educate your kids and your neighbors. Civics and exceptionalism are no longer taught in socialist education. It is up to We The People.

Ben Chandler Needs To Go Home Nov 2.

Since Nancy Pelosi became Ben Chandler's boss, the house has spent us into oblivion. The last congress before Pelosi had a deficit of just over 100 billion, 2006. Unemployment was at 4.6%. The deficit this year was over 8 times that. This year, Ben's congress has not fulfilled their constitutional duty to pass a budget, not one vote on any budget bill. No, campaigning is more important than the law to Pelosi and Chandler, Reid and Obama. They are all socialists who have the constitution in their way.
Another thing that was put off under Chandler is the ethics trials of Charles Rangel and Maxine Waters. Ben is one of 5 democrats on the ethics committee. Rangel and Waters are running again because ethics are not important in Pelosi's swamp. Ben Chandler is one of the 5 that voted to postpone these trials. I wonder if it had anything to do with the $10,000 that Rangel gave Ben, that's a lot of Pop Tarts. Ben won't give back the dirty money.
Please educate your friends and family, Ben Chandler has to go home to retire on our tax dollars and the health bill he is exempt from. The national republican party has chosen Andy's election as one of only 11 that they are going to spend money on early. The add is hard hitting at Pelosi's lap dog, Ben Chandler. No new polls have been released from either side, but this move by the GOP is clear indication that Andy has gained a lot of support. My boots on the ground agree!

Another sign of the trend is the latest poll from Ky congress 3rd, Todd Lally. He is now within 2% of John Yarmuth.

John Boehner needs to shout from the hill. Obama has singled him out repeatedly. If he has the guts, he will answer Obama this way now:

On the first day of voting on new business, the new congress will pass a bill to completely repeal Obamacare. The bill is already written(hold it up) and it is online now with more than 5 days for the public to read, ah hem! It will be the first thing we vote on. I know Obama won't sign it into law, but the new majority will not fund any of that legislation.

Next, we are going to fund only 80% of the following federal budgets: EPA, DOE, NEA, name them, there are 100 plus???. Hold up another bill. Americans have to live by planning, so should government.

Next, we are going to privatize every arm of government that Obama and his congress have taken over from the people. We are going to balance the budget by cutting rather than spending, regulations later.

After that, we are going to pass legislation to audit the fed and all members of congress instead of the American people. Hold up that bill. It is time the government is accountable more than the people.

Resume drilling in the gulf

On April 20, the Deepwater Horizon blew up. Obama was lost. A leader would have called in industry experts and would have taken control like the 1991 law after the Exxon Valdiez required. He dithered for 41 days, doing nothing except blaming, regulating and calling in academics with the same experience as his cabinet, none. Skimmers from around the world remained docked and the beaches were oiled.

Soon, he imposed a regulation that stopped drilling. A court said no, so another action was taken. The businesses that do these jobs were uncertain like all Americans and "rig row" now exists at a port in MS. Many other employers have left. 140,000 people were stopped from working by 2 more executive actions. Not included in jobs saved.

The well was capped and the oil is gone, but the drilling ban has not been lifted. If not for Obama's dithering, the oil would have never reached the shore. Jindal's berms were not approved by his majesty and the results made news. Never let a crisis go to waste!

Obama is great at food stamps, now at a record, and killing jobs. Everything the socialist touches has his stink all over it. Not sorry Michele, its not his body, it's his mind or lack thereof.

He wants unemployment... Cloward and Piven. He wants the capitalist system that made America great to go to a place with our constitution, I don't know the muslim word for, hell. Both are under constant attack.

That's not possible! Since the well was capped, skimmers went from 20,000 barrels a day to 200 collected. "It's underwater hiding" is many from the left's answer. I have news for you, oil floats in fresh water, add the density of salt and oil is very buoyant. Plus, the supposed 200 million gallons in the gulf is less than a drop in a hottub. Sunscreen on one person in that hottub is way more oil. These ecosystems survived asteroids, volcanoes plus solar activity that raised and fell, followed by earth and other planet temperature.

Libtards, socialists, see their own importance more than reality. It's no wonder that they are confused as to where the oil went. Duhhh, nature produced it then nature consumed it. If you don't believe it, look at Exxon Valdiez, the same thing exactly. "Where did it go?" The 1980 spill off Mexico in the same gulf lasted 9 months under similar pressure and our coast was never hit and nobody hears about that.

Senate in Play

Keep an eye on the US senate November 2. 44 seats are not up or safe for the democrats and 38 for republicans. 10 are very close: CA, CO, FL, IL, MO, NV, OH, PA, WA and WI. Add to that the much higher energy in the republican party and the TEA party, the senate is in play.

Another factor, 33 senators are up in the 2 year cycle plus special elections, there are 5 this year. CO, DE, IL, NY and WV, all democrat held seats. Spread thinner! Add to that Harry Reid is the majority leader and is in real trouble. Tremendous amounts of money and union resources will be spent in NV to try to hold this seat, spread even thinner. Add CT, KY, NC, OR and WV close enough to be possible takeovers, and the house having about 120 seats in play, ACORN and SEIU can't get to many of them and they will be decided by the voters instead of the cheaters. Many have been abandoned already by the dumbocrats. We have a chance!

Lame Duck Congress

Vote fraud put Al Franken in the US senate

Fox reported today that in 2 counties in Minnesota more illegal votes were cast than Franken won by. Recounts took 6 months to find these votes. Those of us that paid attention watched that travesty occur and a loser put in the senate. We should prosecute the fraud and force Franken out, he did not win. But what are laws to socialists?

Oil spill intentional in gulf?

The evidence is mounting. The American people don't want cap and trade, but the people behind BP do. Goldman Sacks, Obama and BP are all pushing for carbon taxes. Obama founded the Chicago Carbon Exchange. Who do you think will profit from Carbon taxes at We The People's expense.
The answer is obvious. Those that sold their BP stock before the explosion are those that would profit. Goldman sold 44% of its BP stock, Vanguard all of its, thus Obama and Tony Hayward all sold 2 weeks before the explosion. They all knew that the explosion was about to occur. The MMS knew as early as Feb. 10 that this would happen if the well wasn't deep cemented. It wasn't, but Exxon did exactly that 4 years earlier in a similar well less than 200 miles from this one. Why did Halliburton make a huge investment in Boots and Coots, an oil spill clean up company, on almost the same day that these insiders sold their stock. This is a take over by crisis. Those responsible are all through these companies and more importantly, the White House and congress.
The criminal investigation needs to go there now Mr. Holder. Fat chance. Obama has blocked almost all effort to clean this up thus magnifying the crisis. You can't let it go to waste. This regulation and that environmental concern have furthered the definition of dithering in fact made it criminal.
November 2, 2010 has become imperative. Can they cook up another crisis and cancel the elections? Over my dead body. That's how serious this is.

Freedom, what made America great, is under attack on several fronts. The enemy within has been on the attack since the progressives in the late 1890s and hasn't stopped. Why has this happened?
The conservatives have been free to build businesses, create jobs, define excellence that the people want. We have been paying attention to that and the socialists have taken over the government. Insider trading from Air Force One

On February 13, 2010 BP reported problems with the deepwater horizon well to the MMS. They struck oil and gas, too much of both. Continuing problems were reported through February and March. Emails were coming out of BP almost daily that high gas pressure was blowing out the cement at the top of the well. Repeated attempts were made to seal the area. MMS knew all about it.
In a similar situation in 2006 also in the Gulf, Exxon experienced high pressure gas and completely deep cemented the well instead of trying to harvest that which they couldn't control. It cost them a lot of money, but they did the right thing.
A very large investor in BP, Vanguard, through 2 subsidiaries sold all of its BP stock almost on the same day that Tony Hayward, CEO of BP, sold a lot of his stock. Two weeks before the explosion on April 20. Is this insider trading?
Unsealed wells with high pressure gas are almost all deep cemented and abandoned as they are very dangerous even above ground. The Russians had to nuke 3. This well should have been no exception. MMS knew it and could have forced it, they are the regulatory agency in charge.
One big holder of Vanguard funds is none other than Barack Obama who oversees MMS and had just surprised his opponents by announcing that Gulf drilling was going to be expanded. He had inside information and his portfolio was loaded with BP stock through Vanguard, who makes him uninterested. Amazing... Hayward and Vanguard sell their stock at almost the same time and 2 weeks later the well blows up killing 11 people and causing this mess.

Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments

From 1787 until 1913 the federal government wrote about 100 pages of laws a year. They were mostly maritime and excise. What happened in 1913?
Until 1913, the states were sovereign over the federal government. Our US senators were chosen by the state's houses to represent the state. The 10th amendment to the constitution furthered this wish of the founding fathers that states had control, not the federal government.
In 1913 that was removed by an unconstitutional amendment, the 17th. The states lost their suffrage to the people and corruption began. The Federal reserve was created, lobbyists were born, pork barrel spending and career politicians took over Washington and have had it ever since.
That same year, the 16th amendment was forced on We The People by the same progressives that allowed the now corrupt government to legislate activity through tax code and controlled banking. Both of these amendments were not ratified legally and should be removed. They are the cause of almost every problem this country has.
If we went back to the days of 100 pages of federal laws a year, productivity would go back up as lawyers produce nothing except dead trees.

The TEA party won in every race in every primary again June 22!!! Utah is my favorite, with a close race. Mike Lee will be a new member of the senate in January. The GOP moved to the right.
In South Carolina, Nikki Haley closed the deal in the runoff for SC governor and Tim Scott finished with even higher majority over Strom Thurman's son. 77 to 23. In another landslide, Trey Gowdy took out RINO Bob Inglis. It was a great day!

Constutional responsibility ignored again

Ben chandler and his handler, Nancy Pelosi, have failed to do one of the primary jobs of Congress, a budget. They want to spend more of our money, but are not willing to do it in the open. The law requires a budget be approved by May 15. The first vote has not been called yet this year because they don't want to be accountable to We The People.
The absolute corruption of this government is what has the TEA parties growing all over the country. The people are smarter than the idiots that are running this congress.
Andy Barr is now within single digits of Ben chandler 41/2 months before the elections. That is great news as momentum is clearly for Andy. Ben's 24 point lead is almost gone before campaigning has begun.

The truth about carbon trading

The primary agenda of the radical left now is Cap and Trade. The reason, if they control energy, they control you... socialism. But there is something much more hideous than that.
Obama founded the Chicago Carbon Exchange. If he forces the country into Cap and Trade, he will become one of the richest people in the world with a monopoly on Carbon trading. He funded the purchase with money from Fannie Mae. I don't know which is more corrupt.
This has to be our biggest objective right now as Obama knows he is going to lose the house in November and this is his last chance to pull off this coup. It is stalled in the senate, so he is trying to accomplish it by executive order. The EPA, another completely corrupt arm of government, is operated by the executive and has no authority to do this under the constitution, that pesky document!
We have to shout loud to stop this as it is hard to stop any government program once it starts. Ben Chandler and John Yarmouth both voted for Cap and Trade. Send them home, click the links on the right and help these candidates please.

The motivation of the TEA parties

Power has to be removed from the executive branch of our government as well as the congress and the courts. People make better decisions than any of these monopolies. In the wrong hands, this power is economy and freedom killing. Executive orders and Czars are not constitutional.
Many years of this has almost destroyed our country. It has to be stopped and reversed. A turbo-charger is needed once in reverse. The turbo charger is the TEA party. It has to work November 2, 2010 or it is too late. Fortunately, we have constitutional conservatives running with TEA party support all over the country. We have woken up!
Department of education - Since its beginning in another form in 1965, our SAT and ACT scores have consistently dropped as unions have taken over. 52 billion wasted dollars last year. Once the lead in the world, we are no longer in the top 20.
Department of energy - This was formed under Carter because of the oil embargo. The stated goal, energy independence. Quite the contrary has occurred with another 12 billion spent. The government can't do anything well.
Environmental Protection Agency - It has done to the contrary also. This one was started under Nixon and is now the biggest problem in the country. If we could drill for oil in Alaska and in shallow water we wouldn't have the mess in the gulf. Rush calls them wackos and he is right.
This is only three examples, but all these big government programs are welfare to politicians. Did you know that we have 78 Federal police agencies? Each has its own bureaucracy with no accountability and huge budgets.
This is unsustainable on all levels, look at Europe!

Sharron Angle won GOP senate in NV. by 14% even though out spent 5 to 1 by 2 candidates. Bill Johnson are you listening! Conservative values won that primary, not money. She is now up over Dingy Harry... Rasmussen, Thursday by 11%.

The TEA party wins again and Kentucky is a TEA party state. Rand is bad to some of us, including me, but beats the heck out of Conway, not Leland!

Isn't it odd that Rand Paul can be crucified for his belief that the over reaching government shouldn't control all business with regulations including discrimination. Yet the government who the civil rights act was the primary target of is exempt. Don't believe it, just ask a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, no whites allowed. We have Miss Black America also don't we. American flags can be burned but Mexican not. Laws only apply to the left when they want, socialism stinks.

John Kemper, Perry Barnes and Mike Templeman had the dignity and class to offer support to Andy Barr Tuesday night in person. Andy grew to be friends with these fellow conservatives and earned their respect for his incredible organization and thus win. Andy went further and offered them board seats on his campaign. They are all novices to politics and did what an entrepreneur would do and what Washington needs. Outstanding Andy, John, Perry and Mike, thank you!

Leland went off on it twice before Andy came on and he started with it in Andy's interview, I will help you pay for that plane ticket Andy unless Pelosi continues to fly on a government jet, they aren't green or competitive! I am sorry that Matt and George were not there, I asked both of them to join also. George was called to fly an injury to the hospital and couldn't make it. Matt just said no.

This bodes very well for November. A grass roots team is forming of We The People and that is what it will take to send Ben home. Grass roots, hard work and preventing fraud will win this election, not money. Like Rand says, we're going to take our government back. Thank you all and send Andy and Rand to Washington!!!

Andy Barr won against 5 other conservatives in a very high class race. This was one of the best run campaigns ever. Congratulations to the entire team. The margin was huge and the competition formidable. It is only a step and Andy said so tonight. The prize is less than 6 months away.

This member of a competitors team is now with you and will work hard to support Andy Barr for Congress! Please everybody know who the new opposition is, Rahm Emanuel. Ben is only a puppet, but the operator of this puppet is extremely well funded and one of the nastiest people alive. Both barrels will be fired at anybody in their way and Andy is exactly that!

Excellent candidates in May lead to wins in Nov.

If we don't gain control November 2 of the US house or senate, the tyranny will erode our freedom completely. Our very survival as America depends on getting at least one house in congress We have a chance in both.
All politics is local and we in central Ky. have the best opportunity to be heard. Ben Chandler is going home when the people are heard and we have to hold the senate seat. That is two big jobs as stimulus, union and liberal money will be spent in droves on both. That is November 2, 2010.
ACORN has reappeared in Louisville in a big way, wake up Trey. That will make John Yarmouth tough to beat. This site is not helping until the primary is over.
I prefer John Kemper for the 6th seat, but have come to like every one of the 6 candidates and we all agree on the November goal. Carol Barr (Andy's wife) and I have laughed a couple of times that we have a date May 19th. We do, as a unified group of conservatives. It has been wonderful to watch this group of Americans become friends and they have.
I hope that you watched the 912 group's debate of Rand and Trey. It shows very clearly the best candidate for senate now that Bill Johnson is out.
We need to educate our families, neighbors and coworkers. One at a time, take your time and explain that government can't do anything well. They all understand that!

John T. Kemper for congress

After many conversations and emails the decision on whom to support for Congress is made. John T. Kemper for congress. Here's why:

He is a true conservative and as a private businessman has been that way for a long time. He is electable and never delays in answering questions. He speaks from the heart and answers with a great look in the eye. He won't give in to what the machines want, in fact wants to throw out the machines based on grass roots support... right on Mr. Kemper. He is very quick on his feet in conversation and will be very strong in debate.

He has never been in politics, has no machine and will answer only to his constituents.

Mr. Kemper was the first to write back about meeting and I have seen him at every 912 and Tea Party meeting since. He is a realist and a businessman who knows that government is the problem, not the solution. Take that Ben, the blue lap dog!

These things combined give John Kemper the best chance to win, which is my number one goal. I hope you will join me in the effort. I will strongly support Andy Barr or Matt Lockett in the event of their primary win. They are both very good people also. Isn't good choice wonderful!

That means that we have 219 socialists in the house of representatives, 59 senators and the entire executive. That is the democrat party.
Never before in history has a major piece of legislation passed with no support from the party in the minority. But there is 2010 and it happened on Bloody Sunday.

If the majority of people in America don't get together in November, this country is over. The freedom that allowed individuals to prosper and create the highest standard of living in history has moved to European socialism as the people vote themselves money from the treasury.

Tyranny in Congress

For over a century the socialists have planned a slow erosion of freedom. Chip, chip, chip. The progressive implementation of the 16th and 17th amendments to the constitution in 1913 were the tools that allowed it to happen.

Today, our majority in congress knows more about Saul Alinsky than Thomas Jefferson and our president taught Alinsky to our youth while a professor in Chicago.

The radical left is trying now to use nonexistent rules to impose another takeover of private industry. This one is their goal... health care. Once they control your health, they control you... rationing, death panels and pain pills. It has failed everywhere in the world. The people are against this, but the socialists that run congress don't care, they want power and this is it.

Ben Chandler voted no on this the last time because the 3 vote win did not require his vote. It now does as they lost 3 votes as 2 died and one changed parties. Ben is under the gun and won't answer his phone. Please email him. chandler@house.gov

The Louisville debate

As usual, Rand won't face competition, neither will Trey. The real grass roots candidate is rising and the campaigns know it. The debate in Louisville Saturday was competition and that is what made this country great. If you are on the fence in the senate primary, home run Bill Johnson, like the last debate that was also covered up.

I hope money can't buy victory but I do stand with Rand and his press to unseat Ben Chandler. I hope that is a place where Bill and Rand make a unified statement. Friday at high noon at 1010 MonarcXXX Obama drive is the rally. Throw Ben the Spend out. Your voice matters a lot!!!

Machine politicians are the problem

The GOP dinner in Hyden was interesting for several reasons. The primary reason was the pride in pork displayed by the speakers. This is why the American people have lost faith in both parties. One participant in this was Trey Grayson, another Hal Rogers. Machine politicians are the problem in both parties. The tea partiers are the true Americans that believe in limited government and reduced spending, not pork. The machines need to go May 18th.

Bill Johnson only got a few seconds from his table to address the full gym. As always he said the EPA and other big government programs have to be eliminated. This is why the tea partiers like me are moving fast to Bill. We need businessmen to run Washington, not politicians.

Trey Grayson is Mitch's chosen continuation of the machine. Rand Paul is a part of a different machine with over 30 years in politics and most of his money and help from outside Kentucky. Bill Johnson has never been in a part of politics. If you want the truth and less government, you have an excellent candidate in Bill. He answers email and returns phone calls. Try that with the others.

Please look hard at this race. America is on the edge of socialism and Bill is the best candidate to win in November and govern for the people, not for himself.

Education is the key to winning elections and bringing America back from socialism.

First, some history. Even most of the democrat party was somewhat conservative in 1960. Look at Kennedy, from Massachusetts, tax cuts, strong defense and many others. Johnson who took over after Kennedy's death was a socialist and did not run again in 1968 because of certain defeat. He had already done his damage with both houses of congress joining him.

The federal government with the "Great Society" of Johnson imposed control over education. Formerly, state's rights. Before that happened our SAT and ACT scores were the highest in the world or second every year. Johnson's intent was to remove history and replace it with socialist propaganda in the classrooms of America. That is exactly what has been getting worse ever since.

Bush 43, another more government activist, furthered it with "No Child left behind." Now our test scores are not in the top 20. Those of us that are conservatives know that the government can't do anything right and this planned destruction has to be removed and history returned to the classroom.

The first time I heard Bill Johnson speak, he started with removing the Department of Education. Number 1 issue. He is exactly right and a true conservative. The Department of Propaganda and all its unions have to be removed. In the mean time it is up to us to educate because most schools don't know what civics is and aren't allowed to teach it. Our friends, families and neighbors need to be educated to the benefits of freedom and the corruption of government. This job is up to us and is critical.

In the summer of 1787 delegations from all over the future USA met in Philadelphia to write the constitution. After months of discussions, the overall idea was that the 13 colonies would be experiments in freedom and the federal government would have only 2 responsibilities. The defense of the nation and to solve disputes between the states. All other things were left to the states. The bill of rights had to be added before the states would ratify.

Big government power brokers have manipulated the constitution ever since. The progressives in 1913 started the decline with the 16th and 17th amendments. The government is now the problem, not the solution and it is time to throw out the power brokers from both parties. We need to go back to the system that was designed not to allow them in the first place. This is done by elections.

The senate primary in Kentucky is a classic case. Conservatism has a chance in the GOP only, so the democratic primary is ignored here. The GOP primary has 6 candidates, 3 of which have a chance.

Our current Secretary of State is Trey Grayson. He went to the national democratic convention on behalf of Bill Clinton. After he changed parties to go to work for Ernie Fletcher, he was discovered by Mitch McConnell and has been under his wing the whole way to now. This is the perfect example of a political opportunist and machine politician. Trey is a RINO that blows with the wind and money. Ever heard of Arlen Specter. NO WAY TREY.

Rand Paul is in the private sector, somewhat. He went to his first national political convention in 1976 and ran his dad's campaign for president in 2008. I don't think he saw many patients that year! Rand has been very clear over the years that he is a Libertarian. I like that better than RINO but I am a conservative. Initially I signed up to help Rand. I never heard from his campaign. I wrote to David Adams, the manager and offered my help again. No answer. Because of my concern about a rising conservative I wrote David again about that and volunteering. I know he got the email because he forwarded it to the rising star. So did I. David didn't write me back even though he obviously read it. The rising star wrote me back quickly. If you won't answer a volunteer but forward his email, what do you do once in power?

Bill Johnson is a nuclear engineer that worked in that capacity in the US Navy. His last 13 years have been spent in the private sector all over the world, the last 6 as a buyer for BP. He is an energy expert on many levels. He has never run for office or participated on a campaign. Before I joined his team, I went to hear him speak. One of the first things he said was that the Department of Education should be eliminated. $45 billion a year saved. I was impressed. He went on to say that the EPA should be eliminated. Another $10billion. This is better than Rand and from a solid individual that has never been in politics. He came to the 9-12 meeting in Lexington later in the snow and spent 3 hours there without making a speech. He only answered questions from everybody. I understand he is always the first to events and the last to leave. I am totally onboard and will knock on many many doors this May for Bill Johnson.
